Why this stop matters
BLUE500 view
Modern 125-berth marina and major Moray Firth hub, with visitor and long-stay berthing, winter/short-term storage ashore, full berth services, 25t lift and undercover workshop. One of the best Leg B layover/service stops.
All 125 berths have water, electricity and free Wi-Fi; both basins have showers/toilets/laundry. Visitor berths are in the East Basin and the marina explicitly welcomes short and long stays. Permanent/long-term berthing and winter/short-term shore storage are available. A 25t semi-submersible Sublift and Palfinger mast crane operate year-round, with an undercover workshop. VHF 12; official guidance advises craft over 1.8m draft to contact the marina before arrival. Current Notice to Mariners include ongoing dredging matters.
